Profile
Born and raised in Buenos Aires, I took my degree in Translation and Conference Interpreting at the School of foreign languages and literatures, interpreting and translation (former SSLMIT) in Forlì (University of Bologna). I have been working as a freelance interpreter and translator in different industrial sectors since 2000. My main working languages are Spanish and Italian, but I also translate from English and French into Italian and Spanish.
I am a registered member of the Chamber of Commerce of Forlì as a professional/expert Translator and Interpreter and of the CTU Register of the court of Forlì as a sworn Translator. I am a member of AITI and Tradinfo.
LMy professional activity in the translation and interpretation industry goes hand in hand with my professorship at the Scuola Superiore per Mediatori Linguistici (SSML) of the San Pellegrino University Foundation in Misano Adriatico (Rimini). I have also been teaching at the Università degli Studi «Carlo Bo» in Urbino, at the Università degli Studi di Macerata and at the SSLMIT in Forlì.

PhD at the University of Vigo (Spain) with a project on audiovisual adaptation and translation into four languages of the Spanish film Donkey Xote (2007).
PhD thesis title: A descriptive study of translation of the movie Donkey Xote (José Pozo, 2007) for dubbing into galician, catalán, english and italian and a preliminary theoretical-methodological proposal for translation analysis of audiovisual texts with two target readers.
2001
Degree in Translation and Interpreting (specialization in Conference Interpreting), at the School of foreign languages and literatures, interpreting and translation (former SSLMIT) of the University of Bologna, Forlì. Title of my degree thesis: Italian/Spanish bilingual terminology glossary in the bioclimatic architecture sector.
